Why work at Ark Dickens Primary Academy?

We believe that education is most effective when there is a close partnership between school, home and the community. As a result, we always welcome and value the support and contributions of all our families.

 - Fiona Chapman, Principal

Our team at Ark Dickens collaborate on new ideas to ensure our teachers are always learning, as well as our pupils! Every teacher has regular lesson observations to allow reflection and feedback, guaranteeing our pupils are experiencing the best teaching possible. This in-class development is strengthened by the availability of unrivalled levels of CPD through the Ark network.

We are a friendly and supportive team who enjoy spending time together. We foster a culture of regular praise and celebrating excellence amongst the team.
